Job Title: Business Development Associate

Job Description:

Overview:As a Business Development Associate at Limescreen Entertainment and Productions, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and maximizing their engagement with our services. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and collaborating with various internal departments to deliver exceptional services.

Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:Develop and nurture positive, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs and preferences.
Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on projects, services, and industry developments.
Actively listen to clients’ feedback, concerns, and suggestions, and address them effectively to maintain client satisfaction.

Account Management:Manage a portfolio of clients, understanding their goals and aligning company offerings to meet those objectives.
Ensure timely delivery of projects, products, and services to clients, coordinating with internal teams to meet deadlines.

Problem Resolution:Address client issues or concerns promptly and professionally, finding appropriate solutions and ensuring their implementation.
Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve any technical, logistical, or operational challenges that clients might face.

Upselling and Cross-Selling:Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services, products, or packages that align with clients’ needs and objectives.

Client Feedback and Reporting:Gather client feedback and insights to enhance company offerings and improve client experiences.
Prepare regular reports on client interactions, feedback trends, and satisfaction levels for management review.

Market Knowledge:Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to better serve clients and provide relevant recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in client relationship management, preferably in the entertainment or production industry.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across different departments.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications for communication and project management.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Salary: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
