Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager at UrbanPillar. The role is located in Thane, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and developing and implementing sales strategies. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and achieve company revenue targets.
Qualifications
1 Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
2 Strong interpersonal and communication skills
3 Ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
4 Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
5 Cold Calling & working on Leads Generated by Telecallers
6 Understanding clients requirement
7 Suggesting property
8 Convincing client for Site visit
9 Generating Lead
10 Attending client/Site visit
11 Closing(Sales)
