Grade:- Junior Manager-Level-III

Qualifications: B. Com/ M.Com/MBA+ 5 yrs. / ICWA (C. A’s DO NOT apply)

Experience: - Minimum 4 Years.

Purpose of the Role: The purpose of this individual contributor role is to prepare Brand financial performance. The role holder will also support business finance costing team in various projects.

Qualification & Experience :-• Qualifications: B. Com+ 6 yrs. / CMA /ICWA+ 3-5yrs.

Experience: 4-9 Years.

Key Deliverables of the Role :-

Brand related activities:

o Preparation of Brand Financials (PF and Actuals), Computation of variances with reasons.

o Scenario building for Maximum Retail Price (MRP). product costing, standard costing

o Creation of Shadow Financials for the new launches (Competition P&L) .

o Understanding of P&L in terms of MRP, Discount, Factory Costs, Freight, etc.

o Understanding the entire backend value chain.

o Support to BF team for various projects

Common activities:

o Variance analysis.

o Periodic closing activities.

o Well versed with Tableau dashboard.

o FOH Analysis and reporting for India Business.

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of Excel

• Good analytical & presentation skills

• Ability to put forth & drive initiatives

• Basic knowledge in SAP
