Matrishwa is a boutique business consulting firm that prides itself on offering a diverse range of services to its clients, ranging from private career college consulting to business planning and investment services for domestic and international clients, business expansion, and international trade solutions.

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to support our operations. The applicant must have an excellent academic record and be a Post-Graduate/Masters (Commerce, Business)degree holder. This is a work-from-home position, applicant must have a computer and adequate internet/network speed in order to work from home.

Job Description

  • Monitoring emails and shared inboxes and responding accordingly.
  • Prepare invoices for clients and follow up to ensure collection of receivables.
  • Receiving, coding, and entering invoices and expense reports into accounting system (ZOHO)
  • Processing invoices for approvals, preparation of semi-monthly payment runs and posting payments
  • Creating video ads for digital platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and YouTube
  • Developing content for multiple platforms(web-portal, social media) both digital and traditional
  • Collecting, uploading, faxing and saving applicants’ documents.
  • Preparing courier envelopes and labels and if required, assisting with tracking courier deliveries.
  • Ensuring that all correspondence and forms are recorded in internal database and that all fields are completed and updated.
  • Engage with clients to help solve issues, responding to inbound calls, emails inquiries etc.
  • Conducting online market research to identify potential business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Applicant must have Masters Degree in Business or Commerce stream(MBA, M.Com)
  • 1 to 2 years of proven professional experience in the consultancy business
  • Good understanding of back office, middle office management operations
  • Excellent client service and verbal and written english communication{Advance English Understanding}
  • Outstanding analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset
  • A passion, curiosity, and energy for finance + investing.
  • You thrive (or excel) in a fast paced and deadline driven environment. You must be able to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a fast paced, environment providing fast, friendly, and accurate service.

Contract length: 12 months

Expected Start Date: 1/1/2022
