You will lead the development large enterprise solutions by redefining broad concepts into structured programs, owning the design and delivery of multi-national/multi-channel projects, delivering solutions for sophisticated, high impact challenges.

The primary responsibility for this position is to develop operational capabilities to drive significant growth and scale for the LED Enterprise Services business. This individual will work closely with LED division and field leadership across sales and drive successful development and execution. This is an exciting, high transparency opportunity to improve customer and employee experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Craft and develop business solutions across a highly sophisticated, cross functional organization
  • Build groundbreaking operations capabilities across processes and enterprise systems.
  • Partner with Field service teams to identify and drive modernization/standardization of process and cost reduction opportunities.
  • Translate business requirements into prioritized design documents for IT solution implementation.
  • Lead cross functional programs and projects in partnership with IT, division, and regional field teams
Leadership, influence, outstanding interpersonal skills, SAP CRM and SAP ECC familiarity, broad business knowledge, creativity, and an outstanding work ethic are essential traits for success in this role.

Location: Based out of major US or European sites.

This position is designated for Colorado Springs, CO.

The salary for this role is min. 96,691 to max 157,375 annually.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, BioChemistry, or equivalent
  • Experience working at an analytical instrument, scientific, or technology company preferred
  • 8+ years of Operations, program, project, or process management
  • Experience with SAP ECC and CRM modules effective
  • Develop strategic solutions, programs, and project plans
  • Consultatively synthesize requirements and develop solutions
  • Shown change leader and doer
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Experience with Six Sigma and/or Lean principals preferred
  • Experience working with international teams
