The team you’ll be part of

The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.

As a Business Specialist, you will be working as part of the GSS Team and will be supporting Nokia’s CX Marketing team to produce high-quality deliverables and will be responsible for Stakeholder management, doing daily news search, report creation in excel and ppt, data analysis, creating and updating SharePoint site/page. The output is frequently high profile; the quality, accuracy and timeliness of the end product are therefore of critical importance.

As part of our team, you will:

  • Stakeholder management
  • Daily news search and collating it
  • Analyzing the data/content and preparing presentations
  • Understanding the stakeholder requirement
  • Updating SharePoint page/site

Your skills and experience

You have:

  • Minimum of 5 years within the custom search and excel formulas, with power query knowledge as an add-on
  • Stakeholder management and excellent communication skill are must
  • Should have good presentation skills are a must
  • Good advance in MS Excel (Excel Pivots, Lookups, charts, etc.) and Powerpoint with relevant experience
  • Think cell knowledge is required
  • Power BI knowledge is an required
  • Good analytical Skills and knowledge of Telecom Sector (technology and trends)
  • Additional Requirements:
  • In-depth experience in working on excel, ppt and MS office suit
  • Experience in handling and communicating with customers in global environment
  • Work experience in formatting documents (MS Word, Excel, PPT)
  • Telecommunication working experiences will be an add-on
  • Willingness to learn
  • Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative

  • Education Required:

  • Masters in any stream or equivalent
  • Equivalent bachelor’s degree
