Job Role

Your problem-solving approach, sound planning and judgment and ability to identify and develop approaches to assignments will enable you to thrive here providing management support for global reporting and business processes. Though you’ll be part of a team, you will also be working independently and responsible for the completion of priority based tasking. The scope and complexity of your projects will be based on your existing knowledge and capabilities as well as how fast you can acquire new skills. You will be required to work with the business to understand their needs and create custom Reports/Dashboards.

This Position Owns The Following General Responsibilities
  • Report development and deployment as assigned to meet Business needs
  • Data mining from SAP / ERP systems
  • Apply Analytical capabilities to enable efficiencies and improvements in processes.
  • Fulfill all tasking with reporting business program/project support as assigned.
  • Responsibilities will include decreasing the time needed to create standard reports through automation, and also deliver innovative technical solution for streamlining processes by following means:
  • Will be in constant interaction with the business partners and convert their requirements into reporting specifications.
  • Create & maintain process documentation.
Academic Qualifications And Essentials
  • A Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Computers or equivalent. (BCA/MCA/B.Tech/BIT/etc.)
  • 4+ years of experience in MIS-IT/Analytics/Reporting domain.
  • Strong data programming skills to enable the development of custom reports.
  • Must be system oriented & have an interest/ aptitude for developing skills in new applications.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to enable efficiencies and improvements in processes.
  • Proven track record in MIS, reporting, analytics, Dashboard creation.
  • Strong MS Excel, MS Access, Power-point, SharePoint skills.
  • Good team player and ability to work independently.
  • Strong problem solving/troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Strong customer-focus and results orientation
  • Ensuring timely response to customer issues.
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively as part of a cross-geographic, cross-organizational and cross-cultural team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Open-minded and active listener; can pull inputs and different perspectives from others.
  • Strong enthusiasm, initiative and drive - will be a positive influence on the team
