Lovely Bake Studio is India’s first-of-its-kind home of 100% Eggless Baking offering a mouth watering range of Assorted Cookies, tempting Dry Cakes, Rusks , Biscuits, Indian & International Sweets, Frozen Sweets & Snacks, Festive Gift hampers and much more! we’re looking for a passionate and talented Cake Chef to join our culinary team.

Vision : We aim to operate more than 100 bakery outlets by 2030.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Cake Chef to join our team and play a key role in bringing our vision to life. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional baking skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating beautiful and delicious cakes that exceed our customers’ expectations.

Responsibilities:

· Minimum 10 years of Experience in cakes, cupcakes, and other baked goods according to recipes and quality standards.

· Decorate cakes with precision and creativity, utilizing various techniques such as frosting, piping, and fondant work.

· Collaborate with the design team to develop custom cake designs based on customer preferences and special occasions.

· Ensure consistency in product quality, presentation, and taste.

· Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.

· Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to meet production demands.

· Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously enhance skills and creativity.

· Provide excellent customer service, including assisting with inquiries and special requests.

Qualifications:

· Minimum 10 Years of experience as a pastry chef or cake decorator in a professional bakery or pastry shop.

· Strong baking and decorating skills, with a portfolio showcasing creative and well-executed cake designs.

· Knowledge of various baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.

· Attention to detail and precision in cake decoration.

· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining quality and consistency.

· Excellent time management and organizational skills.

· Creativity and a passion for experimenting with new flavors and designs.

· Food Handler’s Certificate or equivalent certification preferred.
