The Golden Rise is currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Campus Recruiter (only for BBA & MBA) to join our talented Human Resources team. As a Campus Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent from BBA & MBA programs. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a strong interest in campus recruitment and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies for campus hiring and recruitment from BBA & MBA programs
  • Build and maintain relationships with universities, faculty members, and student organizations to enhance campus recruitment efforts
  • Attend and organize career fairs, information sessions, and other campus recruitment events
  • Evaluate resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications and suitability for the company
  • Promote the employer brand and company values on campuses to attract top talents
  • Maintain accurate documentation and provide reports on campus recruitment activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. (MBA preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong networking, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Knowledge of HR processes and recruitment techniques
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
