Job Role – Care Coordinator / Counsellor (Aviation Background)

• Responsible for verifying insurance benefits, and assisting and performing case management for uninsured and insured patients.

• Coordinates appointments, and referrals for all patients.

• Documentation of all patients and records of action taken.

• Addresses and resolves complex financial questions and concerns that are diverse in nature.

• Pre-treatment & and Post Treatment Counselling of patients.

• Insure Patient Satisfaction.

• Collect feedback forms and recognize and respond appropriately to negative feedback.

Required Candidate profile

• Must have Good Communication skills.

• Must be soft-spoken & Polite.

• Must have experience in Aviation Industry.
