Overview:

As a Marketing Operations Analyst Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to support the development of marketing operations analysts within the organization. You will design and implement training materials and programs covering various aspects of marketing operations, including data analysis, campaign management, marketing automation platforms, and reporting. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing operations principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for mentoring and coaching others in the field of marketing analytics.

Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development:

Design and develop comprehensive training programs covering various aspects of marketing operations, including data analysis, campaign management, marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot), and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

Create instructional materials, presentations, tutorials, and hands-on exercises to facilitate effective learning.

Training Delivery:

Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to individuals or groups, both in-person and virtually.

Provide hands-on guidance and feedback to trainees as they work on real-world marketing operations projects.

Mentoring and Coaching:

Act as a mentor and coach, offering support and guidance to trainees as they develop their marketing operations skills and build their proficiency.

Conduct regular feedback sessions to help trainees refine their work and improve their overall performance.

Stay Updated on Industry Trends:

Stay current on emerging trends, tools, and technologies in marketing operations and analytics.

Incorporate relevant industry insights into training programs to ensure trainees are exposed to the latest advancements.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with marketing operations professionals, industry experts, and stakeholders to incorporate real-world insights into training programs.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand organizational marketing operations needs and tailor training accordingly.

Evaluation and Improvement:

Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, feedback sessions, and performance metrics.

Continuously improve training materials and methodologies based on feedback and industry changes.

Resource Development:

Develop and maintain a library of resources, templates, and tools that aid in the marketing operations learning process.

Create and curate a repository of marketing operations projects and case studies for trainees to enhance their practical skills.

Requirements:

1. Post-Graduate (Engineering/ Technology/ Computer Science/Physical Science) OR Graduate (Engineering/ Technology/ Statistics/ Mathematics/Computer Science / Physical Science) with 1 year of full-time work experience* in relevant field OR 3-year Diploma after Class 12 (Engineering/ Technology/ Statistics/ Mathematics/Computer Science) with 3 years of full-time work experience* in relevant field OR Candidates trained in qualifications of NSQF level 4 with 1 year of full-time experience* in relevant field AND Knowledge of one of the tools: Content creation and editing tools such as Adobe Spark, Canva, Boomerang, MS Word, Grammarly, Ludwig, 1Checker, etc. Knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEO Panel, Matomo, Moz Link Explorer, OpenSEO, Pipulate, and SERPOSCOPE, etc. Domain Management tools such as Domainr, Domaintyper, Domain pigeon, etc.

2. Proven experience in marketing operations or analytics with a strong understanding of data analysis, campaign management, and marketing automation platforms.

3. Previous experience in training, coaching, or mentoring individuals in marketing operations or analytics is preferred.

4. Proficiency in marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, or similar.

5. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

7. Ability to adapt to different learning styles and foster a collaborative and inclusive learning environment.

8. Passion for fostering creativity, innovation, and a commitment to continuous learning.

9. Familiarity with current marketing operations industry standards, best practices, and emerging trends.

Certifications in marketing operations, analytics, or related fields are a plus.
