Overview

As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will play a critical role in overseeing the financial operations and strategic financial planning of our organization. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the finance and accounting teams, ensuring financial integrity, and driving sound financial decision-making to support the company’s growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and policies to drive the company’s financial growth and stability.
  • Provide strategic financial insights and guidance to the executive management team and the board of directors.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, budgets, and forecasts to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and optimize the company’s capital structure, investment strategies, and cash flow.
  • Lead financial risk management and compliance efforts, identifying and mitigating financial risks.
  • Direct financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions and performance evaluation.
  • Drive the M&A activities, conducting due diligence, and overseeing post-merger integration.
  • Supervise treasury management, banking relationships, and financing activities.
  • Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance and efficient audit processes.
  • Lead and develop the finance and accounting teams, fostering a high-performance culture.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role within a similar industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial planning, analysis, reporting, and control.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, accounting principles, and financial standards.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive financial excellence and deliver sustainable results.
  • Proven track record of successful financial management, cash flow optimization, and risk mitigation.
  • Experience in managing M&A transactions and integration processes.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and drive organizational change.
  • Proficiency in financial management software and ERP systems.
