Job Description

  • Access and review impact on new change requests
  • Review new Standard Changes requests
  • Undertake the monthly review of approved Standard Changes
  • Drive outstanding changes to be closed within 3 working days
  • Participates on Change Advisory Board (CAB)
  • Conduct Failed change reviews (FCR) for unsuccessfully changes (Except Sev C & P1)
  • Manage Change Management Team’s portal
  • Identify, escalate and manage risks and issues
  • Assist in reduction of unsuccessful changes
  • Contribute to training materials
  • Identify and build stakeholder relationships within Experian
  • Ensure adherence to the change process and highlight, escalate non- adherence
  • Engage with Problem Management to log recommendations on changes that have caused a Serv C, P1 or P2 incidents
  • Identify process improvements in ways of working
  • Identify workflow improvement and enhancements to ServiceNow
  • Attend Post Implementation Reviews

Qualifications

  • Good understanding of ITIL V3&4 Process and Best Practices
  • Minimum ITIL V3/4 Foundation Certified
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing system
  • Good people skills
  • Ability to work both autonomously as well as within a team
  • Awareness of Agile and DevOps working
  • Working knowledge of collaboration tools
  • Good understanding of Microsoft products
  • Good analytical skills
