· HR Department – HOD: Manage and review overall staff recruitment through the designated HR.

· Monitoring Sales Department: Sales team performance monitoring Daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly through reports from GM – Sales.

· Purchase Department: Coordinating with the management for purchase approvals.

· CRE Department: Handling and resolving customer related escalation to the management.

· After Sales & Home care Department: Monitoring the team performance and resolve issues that may arise in a timely manner.

· Provide guidance to subordinate staff and evaluate performance.

· Provide input in Marketing and strategic planning involving Digital Marketing, Print & Media.

· Finance Department Monitoring: Controlling the overall cost and fund inflow and outflow monitoring.

· Legal: Legal coordination with the empanelled lawyer.

· IT Department: Full control of IT related assets and resolving software related issues and AMC monitoring.

· Liaisoning Activities: Resolving issues related to Liaisoning by interacting with Government officials for obtaining government related approvals. Liaisoning related fees monitoring and approvals.

· Audit & Compliance: Audit report related compliance resolution and trainings for violators.

· Subordinate Duties Monitoring : All task related , DAR related and SOP related guidelines to be monitored by CAO

· Coordinating with the management for departmental pending approvals. Reporting issues identified to the management. Schedule meetings with all departments as per meeting agenda.

· Assisting in Periodic RERA updation, MOU and agreements handling, Initiation of Association formation and handling meeting with the association till the formation of the association.

· General Duties: Monitoring of company turnover and growth, General Administration, Employee & Statutory compliance, RERA Periodic Updation, ISO Audit Handling, CREDAI updation, MOU & Agreement Handling, Association formation and handling Meetings.

Age limit is 30 to 35
