Position Summary

The ideal incumbent will be responsible for ensuring corporate compliance.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

  • Compliance with SEBI Regulations on LODR, Takeover etc
  • Experience in managing group of companies
  • Due diligence
  • Board and shareholders meetings
  • Annual reports
  • Compliance with Corporate Laws including Companies Act
  • FEMA Compliance
  • Fund raising- Debt
  • Internal Audit
  • Drafting Policies

Position Demands

  • Qualified Company Secretary
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Experience of handling all secretarial matters. LODR compliance and managing group of companies
  • Experience in Fund Raising (Debt)
  • ~8 to 12 years of similar experience
  • Experience in handling Audits (Statutory & Internal), Due Diligence
  • Experience on stakeholders relations – internal and external
  • Having a Law degree will be an added advantage
