Responsibilities
  • Handle any issues at the client and ensure that BAU activities are not impacted.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients.
  • Generating and growing business for the company by promoting product range and implementing.
  • Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals.
Requirements
  • Experience required: 1- 5 years of experience
  • Communication skills in Telugu and English (for Andhra Pradesh and Telangana locations) are mandatory.
  • Serve as the liaison between the company and its Clients.
  • Core priority is addressing clients’ needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible to develop and maintain strong relationships.
  • Ability to travel and attend external meetings.
  • Take our offerings to prospective clients.
  • Education Qualification: MBA/PGDM or Engineering graduates.
