What you will do
  • Take up end-to-end responsibilities of setting up and managing a cluster of ~250 farmers and 3-5 reportees
  • Conduct sales pitch meetings to enrol farmers in Kheyti’s programs and meet enrollment targets
  • Coordinate with supply chain vendors to delivery timely services to farmers
  • Drive farmer engagement
  • Own up P&L, prepare budgets and reports on performance of cluster
