Our Exciting Opportunity

We are now looking for a Company Controlling Specialist to ensure high quality in accounting, assure compliance to internal and external financial reporting requirements, and to provide expert financial advice.

You will:
  • Ensure alignment with global financial processes and accounting directives
  • Provide high quality accounting and financial reporting
  • Provide correct Legal Entity Income Statements and Balance Sheets
  • Support with financial advice
  • Assist and lead audits
Mean Activities:
  • Perform Period-End-Closing: accounts reconciliation, valuation, analysis of legal entity IS/BS, prepare journal vouchers
  • Perform asset control activities
  • Support legal forecasting
  • Monitor precision in Transfer Pricing and initiate corrective actions
  • Support follow-up on intercompany issues
  • Maintain general ledger master data
  • Prepare statutory accounts, notes, and reports
  • Prepare statistical returns
  • Perform records retention governance activities
  • Support development of financial processes
  • Support identification and mitigation of financial risks
  • Signoff of applicable SOX controls
  • Support in statutory and FIRE audits
  • Support efficiency and quality programs within Company Controlling
To be successful in the role you must have
  • Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years’ of experience
  • Domain experience in: GAC, FP&A, Treasury, Internal Control, auditing
  • Experience in GAAP (IFRS, PRC GAAP and Group Directives)
  • Understanding of Financial Systems skills
  • Financial Analysis skills
  • Knowledge of treasury and financial Model
  • Ability to delivering results and meeting customer expectations
  • Social and leadership skills
  • Coping and analytical skills
Additional Qualifications:
  • Experience with financial processes and directives in Legal entity
  • Legal entity FIRE and statutory accounting knowledge
  • EOM Expertise
  • Knowledge of financial management of legal entities
