IT Program Management Consultant

At Dell Technologies, we need strong leaders on our IT Program Management team to drive IT project, program and portfolio activity across all IT and business segments. As part of this team, you will manage resources to make sure projects are completed on time, on budget and up to our high quality standards.

What you’ll achieve


As an IT Program Management Consultant, you will drive the development and implementation of new and exciting products and services, working closely with cross-functional teams to manage the lifecycle of highly complex, high risk projects, from design to delivery.


You will:
  • Design business requirements and facilitate business adoption of new infrastructure
  • Understand impact of emerging business trends and their implications for Dell and its customers
  • Develop common-sense solutions to complex business problems through in-depth assessment, coordination and collaboration with key decision makers
  • Influence a broad spectrum of stakeholders toward achieving business goals

Essential Requirements
  • 12 to 15 years of related experience
  • Subject matter expertise in product development processes, product/solution areas and customer needs and usage
  • Experience in building effective, high performance core product design teams and providing ongoing performance feedback to functional management
  • Ability to manage and collaborate cross functional teams to define the product/solution definition and requirements

Desirable Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree
