Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

Coordinate with product managers, product owners, architects, technical teams and other stakeholders tosource technical documents, artefacts, information, and builds an overall understanding of the solutions

Define the knowledge base information structure, by organizing the content logically to make it easy tonavigate and find relevant information, and create a seamless developer journey

Guide the team to fulfil their R&D Content Engineer duties

Lead the editorial process by organizing peer-reviews of produced content, and approving content forpublishing

Moderate community forum, interview developers, review feedback from the community, review technicalsupport requests, search history, in order to lead continuously improvement

Participate to the organization of hackathons and developer conferences

Author technical content, videos, blog posts and articles

Author working code snippets and application samples in multiple programming languages

Integrate artefacts (documents/ packages) into the content systems

Interface with content management systems and help build automation

Monthly active developers

TSS GBL internal stakeholder feedback on the quality of the documentation

Customer / partner feedback on the content (promoter score)

Low rate of duplicate technical support request originating from different partners / customers

Skills we can’t do without:

Management Skills:

  • Ability to motivate and manage a team of R&D Content Engineers
  • Set the strategy and objectives for the team
  • Review execution, adapt and improve
  • Delivers on commitments with the highest quality
  • Ability to interface and communicate to senior management

Technical Skills:

  • Experience with documentation-as-code
  • Broad developer experience is a plus
  • Experience with RESTful and GraphQL APIs
  • Experience with security concepts (auth, encryption, standards, etc)
  • CI / CD pipeline implementation experience
  • Understanding of Agile software development methodologies

Literature Skills:

  • Developer literature writing skills
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Ability to break down complex solutions into simple explanations
  • Ability to teach

Education Qualifications / Experience Requirements:

  • 8+ years’ worth of experience management of R&D content engineer team
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
  • Very Fluent / Native English required

  • Payment industry knowledge is a plus, but not required
