Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Pipe Production Manager for our facility located in Rohtak. This is a full-time on-site role where the successful candidate will be responsible for leading the production of quality pipes, ensuring timely delivery to customers, and managing general operations of the manufacturing plant.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a production manager
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, machines, quality control principles, and manufacturing technologies related to pipes
  • Ability to lead and manage a team of production workers and prioritize tasks while ensuring safety and adherence to quality standards
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced environment, meeting production deadlines, and delivering timely results
  • Experience in implementing and maintaining quality control standards and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs)
