  • Creative Direction: Lead and guide the creative vision and strategy for all projects, ensuring alignment with brand values and objectives.
  • Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of designers, artists, writers, and other creative professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Concept Development: Drive the development of concepts, themes, and ideas for campaigns, collections, events, and other creative initiatives.
  • Design Oversight: Review and provide feedback on design concepts, layouts, and visuals, ensuring high-quality output that meets brand standards.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets, including advertising, packaging, digital media, and retail spaces.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and sales to ensure creative strategies align with overall business goals.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends, market insights, and consumer behavior to inform creative decisions and innovations.
  • Budget Management: Oversee creative budgets, resource allocation, and project timelines to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Presentation and Pitching: Present creative concepts and strategies to internal stakeholders, clients, and partners, effectively communicating the vision and value proposition.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks and reviews to maintain the highest standards of creativity, craftsmanship, and brand integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
