Job Responsibilities:-

Need to handle Telecalling team and Actionable Develop a Business Model Idea is to generate business in cost effective model. Major thrust of business is from customer retention. and generate business through referral model.Productivity They are responsible for hiring /training of off role team /getting various customer base called / address customer query / get this documents collected and disburse loan .Increase business through internal channel To source business of Personal Loan though DSA , Internal Channels , Digital DSA and from Off role resource from Marketing Base ( Tele calling ).Sourcing of Business To source business of Personal Loan through referral & initiatives. To Cross sell other products of bank through referrals. To do Marketing activity in non CSA corporate. Off role teams on roles HBL teams for cross sale activity.
