Job Purpose and ImpactThe Credit to Cash Team Manager will oversee our team for CASC (Cargill Agriculture Supply Chain) and FIBI (Food Ingredients and Bioindustrial) APAC that handles Order and Hold Release to credit management activities.Key Accountabilities
  • Monitor credit operations and control for Business Group (BG) in collaboration with Risk Management Group (RMG) and team from Center.
  • Check credit report, approve or deny applications and communicate decisions to appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate activities of team members engaged in processes and sub-processes to deliver on the Credit-To-Cash function.
  • Directly supervise Order Hold and Release.
  • Oversee new business migration activities, process efficiency and process improvements.
  • Develop and collaborate with BG’s business relationship and achieve KPI’s target.
  • Accountable for performance management, talent development and succession planning.
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum one year of directly related work experience.
  • Other minimum qualifications may apply.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning applications.
  • One year of supervisory experience.
  • Extensive experience in finance operations with expertise in credit-to-cash processes.
  • Management experience working in a diversified industry or commodity core industry.
  • Experience leading a large team of people across finance and accounting with concentration toward cash to credit.
