Roles and Responsibilities

* Maintain contact with our customers by answering their queries about our services

* Ensure customer satisfaction by being responsive, pro-active and adaptive to specific needs

* Train and guide customers on how to utilize our platform/services in the most efficient way

* Offer solutions for first-level technical questions around our platforms

* Register and progress customer information in our CRM system


Desired Candidate Profile

Knowledge of the FMCG industry; specialization in a certain category

Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal, another language such as German, Spanish or French is an advantage

Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude

Being a proactive communicator who can connect with people and understand their point of view easily
Be part of the team and bring people together.
