1 Reporting

Reports to Co-founders at NativeSutra

2 Main Tasks

Assist the Co-founders and top management in the following tasks:

To interface with NativeSutras customers, vendors and field supervisors
To manage multiple projects as per signed agreements with clients within the company
To supervise smooth functioning of projects at various sites as defined in the specific agreements, checklists and follow all processes.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve all issues. Should be able to ensure high quality support and increase client satisfaction.
To report status of works on a timely basis
To satisfy the founders, vendors and clients of NativeSutra with good quality work.
Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material.
Ensure that the project commitments of NativeSutra are met with utmost professionalism and high quality. To always work for establishing a good name for NativeSutra.
Learn to operate new office technologies as they are developed and implemented.
Operate electronic mail systems and coordinate the flow of information both internally and with other organizations.
Experience of working in Salesforce CRM tool will be an added advantage.
Operate office equipment such as scanners, copiers, and use computers for Microsoft Office programs.

3 Qualification & Experience

The competence requirements for this position are

Graduate or above.
2-5 years of client relationship work experience.
Have good inter personal skills with a professional demeanor in all situations and have ability to withhold confidential information.
Good knowledge of computers - office environment.
Familiar with the architectural/construction works will be an added bonus.

4 Required Competence

Good research skills
Prior work experience in handling multiple data sets in volumes
Prior experience in project management or resource management
A problem-solving attitude with an ability to motivate supporting team to achieve specific goals are essential skills to perform well in this position.
Ability to demonstrate leadership and also work in a team.
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to adapt to changes and working in stress
Flexibility with working hours

The job is based in Gurgaon.
The salary package will be as per industry norms and as per the candidates experience and capabilities
