General Description of Job Duties Customer service representatives are responsible for the appropriate handling of incoming customer phone calls/Chats. The basic job function of each consultant is to provide customer service, in accordance to the appropriate need of the phone contact.


Specific Job Responsibilities:

Provide first class customer service through phone& chats

Utilize provided tools and resources to resolve customer issues and walk-through

Ensure proper documentation is entered in the client tool pertaining to customer problems, requests, and actions done

Meet pre-determined targets

Represent the client in a professional manner

Adhere to clients defined processes & procedures and company policies

Ensure highest quality is maintained to meet and/or exceed client specifications

Meet or exceed minimum requirements for productivity, availability, and quality requirements


Preferred Skills/Education:

.. Excellent communication skills - Telegu & Tamil with English being the primary language.

Any Graduate / Undergraduate / Postgraduate can apply

Have at least 6 months experience in customer care (Bpo experience is mandatory)

Strong time management skills

Demonstrated ability to take initiative, multiple tasks, and prioritize


Shift timing-Rotational Shifts
