The individuals will provide technical support and repair service solutions to customers.

Repair activity includes in- house bench repair at Evolute as well as customer- site troubleshooting and repair of customer equipment.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Strategic responsibilities –

Servicing of devices with Good service quality by maintaining minimum desired TAT and achieve daily productivity.

Strongly follow Service support System and process.

100% utilization of Service CRM at a real time.

Actual – Real time spares consumption.

Minimizes spares consumption on devices by exact diagnosis of problems and minimizes other expenses.

Service data maintain very precisely and share time to time.

2. Functional Roles and Responsibilities –

  • Strong Communication/Response At a Real Time to the customers
  • Strong Coordination within Team-Central Hub-Service Engineers and Service Coordinators
  • Responsible for Spare part Management and Inventory control maintaining respective inventory reports
  • Responsible for Assets and Tools inventory Management.
  • Responsible for TAT (TAT Ratio to be maintain 95%) and Engineers Productivity
  • Responsible for customers end Service Review /Survey and Feedback for improve Service quality.
  • Responsible for Qualitative Service Support with Zero recurrence to enhance the customer satisfaction
  • Provide /Share Weekly/Monthly Service Report with Central Hub Team on time.
  • Responsible for maintain 6S at service location and face Audit, NC closure.
  • Responsible for adhere Company and other ISO/TQM policy
  • Technical Training to the Service Engineers – Scanning, Level- I, Level-II, Level-III.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and refurbish / clean techno electronic equipment
  • Troubleshoot and test electronic components to board level, using various methods and testing equipment
  • Repair and/ or replace electronic components to board level, including but not limited to: diodes, transistors, resistors, capacitors, integrated circuits, other printed circuit components, etc.
  • Communicate with Repair Services management to keep them informed of job status Evaluate equipment and determine correct repair procedures.
  • Participate in generation of work instructions and test fixtures for testing Identify potential areas for improvement of internal processes and procedures Perform field service visits as required to resolve technical issues experienced by customers in a timely manner

To qualify for the role you must have –

Candidate must be known about the servicing – Trouble shooting of electronics products.

  • Required Education and Experience ITI/Diploma / Degree in Electronics Technology or equivalent technical experience Familiarity with and ability to utilize different types of test equipment such as function digital multimeters, and power supplies.
  • Ability to solder and desolder of SMD IC’s and components, Ability to recognize different electronic components and their functions.
  • Able to work in a progressive repair process, having direct interaction with employees performing other portions of the process
  • Ability to work in pressure.
  • Should aware with changes happening in technology.
  • Willing to Travel for Service Related activities
  • Candidate should have excellent communication skill-sets in English, Tamil and their local language.
