Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist at Magnum Group in Bhopal. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, and delivering outstanding customer experiences on a daily basis.

Qualifications

  • Customer Support and Customer Service skills
  • Phone Etiquette and Customer Experience skills
  • Ability to effectively handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
  • Prior experience in customer service roles is preferred
  • Knowledge of CRM software and ticketing systems is a plus
  • Fluency in multiple languages is an asset
