You will be working closely with Real-Estate Developers, Construction Contractors & Project Management Companies to understand their goals & help them achieve those goals with our Thekedar App. As a CSM you are expected to develop customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty.

  • Develop and manage client portfolios
  • Analyze customer data to improve customer experience
  • Hold product demonstrations for prospective customers
  • Improve customer onboarding process
  • Support or respond to any alerts, red flags, software issues
  • Follow up on current month / quarter renewals & minimize customer turnaround time
  • Creating policies and procedures to calculate the periodic health of key accounts
  • Updating and documenting all activities for new accounts into systems in an accurate and timely manner to track activities for future references
  • Aid in product design and product development
  • Mediate between clients and the organization

*Job Requirements

  • Patient and active listener
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Preferably having B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Candidates with a background or experience in Marketing will be preferred.
  • High computer literacy and ability to learn new software
  • Having experience of 2+ years in Marketing, Sales, Enterprise Software Implementation in any sector; or professional working experience in a construction company.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of customer service practices
  • Passion for service
