Urgently Hiring For Customer Service Executive / BDE / BDM.
(Its a sister concern company of INFORICHA SOLUTIONS PVT LTD)

We are hiring candidates for the job role of Business Development Executive (BDE) and Customer service executive(CSE) in Telemarketing back ground with minimum Experience of 1 year into BPO / Sales / Marketing.

candidate can apply for the job or walk in to the office for interview.

Responsibilities and Duties: -

- Lead generation and follow Up. Explain Product/services to Clients and maintain a Professional Relationship with client
- Would prefer immediate joiners.
- Candidate min 1+ Year of domestic telecom exp (inbound / outbound).
- Client handling skills required with professional approach.
- Candidate having knowledge of B2B mail drafting ,LinkedIn and Skype.
- Should have good convincing skills (Hindi & English), any regional language.
- Project presentation skills are required.
- Any highly experienced Telemarketing (10 Years +) candidate can also apply.
- Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal.
- Any Graduate with 1 year or undergraduate with minimum 2 Years of domestic BPO can also apply.

Qualifications and Skills

.Apply only if you have 1+ years of relevant experience
· Graduation / Post Graduation preferred.
· Should have min 1 yr of call center/ client handling skill experience.
· Knowledge of basics of - MS Office(Word/Excel/mail drafting).
. CBSE / ICSE Background candidate more preferable.
. Expected Start Date: immediately or within 5 days.

Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In

Salary: ₹8000 - ₹18000 per month
