Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and process large volumes of real-time data from the stock market.
  • Develop models to analyze data and identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.
  • Conduct statistical analysis to extract valuable insights from the data.
  • Identify opportunities for algorithmic improvements and make recommendations.
  • Monitor the performance of the algorithmic trading software and suggest optimization.
  • Create comprehensive reports and visualizations to communicate findings and insights.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline. A master’s degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience of at least 2 years as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in the financial industry or algorithmic trading.
  • Strong technical skills in tools such as Excel, Power BI, R, or MATLAB.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Pandas, NumPy, or Tableau.
  • Solid understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning techniques.
  • Knowledge of algorithmic trading concepts and strategies in the Indian stock market.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex concepts and findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From ₹450,000.00 per year
