    • 3-10 Years
  • Responsibilities
    • Work closely with Business Leaders, product managers & Subject matter experts to design/define, measure/track KPIs for creating a positive impact on Business
    • Influence the Product Roadmap for Josh App through high-quality insights & recommendations
    • Drive customer behavior & increase user retention via system interventions designed based on data-driven Insights
    • Model Complex Solutions & Processes by using analytical tools and methods
  • Skills & Capabilities
    • Strong Background in SQL and its application in various SQL IDEs such as HIVE, Athena, Google Big Query
    • Hands-on experience in web analytics tool (Google Analytics, Firebase, etc) & excellent Excel skills is plus point
    • Experience in quantifying the impact of product features for improvement in user engagement/retention via A/B testing
    • Should be obsessed with customer experience
    • Exposure to large data set is mandatory
    • Exposure to Excel is a must
    • Experience in Python/R is good to have
    • Excellent analytical abilities. Should be data-driven & must have an understanding of analytical techniques
