• Manager - Mobilization

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Mobilize candidates from the rural areas of Punjab State to get skilled for employment, explain the key features of DDU-GKY Programme to stakeholders at district, block and village levels, articulate future benefits of the training to the rural youth and their families.

2. Build relationship with key stakeholders like district & block functionaries.

3. Use IT tools like Kaushal Panjee, MSOffice.

4. Identified Block wise/Village wise and Category wise population and plan accordingly.

5. Counselling and initial screening of the candidate in field.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Generating Placement Opportunities Lead Generation by establishing placement opportunities and links with employers.

2. Career Counselling Activities Placement related presentation for candidates, 1-to-1 Counselling session with candidates to identify right career path, Arrangement of industry visits for candidates.

3. Online professional Engagement Establishing social/professional links to promote lead generation/placement activities.

4. Establishment of Job Fairs/Events - To promote wide opportunities for candidates and employers.
