Position: Documentation Assistant - Security Department

Qualification: Graduate + Post Graduate

Total Experience (min.): 3 - 5 years

Industry Preferred: Metro (MRTS)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out function of documentation of the security department including preparing of access card and ID card and maintaining of Security Guard register.
  • Providing security documentation support to HOD, maintaining official documents with various agencies, daily calendar, fixing up meetings/appointments and managing office facilities.
  • Maintaining of passes temporary ID/ Contractor ID/ Associate cards to various vendors also new joined employees and Interns.
  • Online generation and tracking of identity cards of employees and vendors.
  • Maintaining HODs correspondence as documentation assistant – Security.
  • Handling day to day activities in coordination with internal /external departments of smooth functioning of the organization.
