Skills Required:

1. Understanding of Basmati Rice & Non Basmati Rice Market
2. Should have atleast 15 years of direct International sales experience in Basmati Rice & Non Basmati Rice.
2. Fluent English speaking/Excellent communication skills.
3. Field direct Sales Experience.
4. Good interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team, quick learning attitude and adaptive to new ideas and logical thinking.

Role & responsibilities

•As an Export Sales Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our market presence in international regions, fostering strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will be a key player in our commitment to providing high-quality rice products to customers around the world.
•Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategies for expanding the company’s presence in international markets. Identify new market opportunities and target regions for growth.
•Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing international customers and distributors. Ensure their needs are met and inquiries are addressed promptly.
•Sales Strategy: Create and implement effective sales strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives. Develop pricing strategies, promotions, and sales incentives to maximize revenue.
•Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments. Use this information to make informed decisions about product offerings and sales strategies.
•Order Processing: Oversee the order processing and shipping logistics for international orders. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
•Budget Management: Develop and manage the export sales budget, ensuring cost-effective operations while maximizing revenue.
•Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all export-related documentation, including contracts, permits, and licenses, are in compliance with international trade regulations.
•Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to the senior management team, including sales forecasts, market trends, and performance metrics.
•Negotiation and Contracting: Negotiate contracts and agreements with international clients, distributors, and suppliers, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
•Trade Shows and Exhibitions: Represent the company at trade shows and exhibitions to promote products, network, and identify potential business opportunities.
