qualification: any graduates with min 3 years of relevant experience

Shift: Day shift

Salary: 5 Lacs TO 12 Lacs P A.

Languages: English and Hindi

Location: ALL INDIA NEAR BY YOU

Days of working: 5 days working 2 days off

Roles And Responsibilities

Inspiring each and every team member to perform and produce their best.

Determine the duties and responsibilities of individuals in a team.

Analyzing the individual performance of each team member and motivate them to perform even better.

Organizing training workshops to improve the performance of the members

Reporting any problem or fault in the project to the project manager or supervisor.

Offer solutions to the top management regarding project-related queries

Calculating the Shrinkage, attrition and take necessary steps

Prior experience as Team Leader in the International process is a must.

Excellent communication skill is a must.

Inclination towards playing games

Should have complete knowledge.
