Role Des>cription

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager at Carysil Limited (Formerly known as Acrysil Limited) located in Bhavnagar. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and policy implementation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with labor laws and promote a positive work culture.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Certifications in HR-related fields are a plus
