Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Assisting in the recruitment process, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews
  • Helping with the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork and conducting orientation sessions
  • Assisting in the administration of employee benefits and leave management
  • Conducting research on HR best practices and industry trends to contribute to process improvements
  • Collaborating with the HR team to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

Note: Candidate has to go through one week of unpaid training period.
