A Construction manager shall act as Site construction Lead, who is specialized in execution team management at site, administrative control, coordination for site mobilization, civil, mechanical& E&I execution activities, in a medium or large construction sites.

Making an impact. What will you do?

You will work as a Site construction Lead and involve in execution team management at site, administrative control, coordination for site mobilization, civil, mechanical& E&I execution activities, in a medium or large construction sites
Additionally, you will ensure that piping, equipment, structures that has been installed is based on the design & approved drawing, codes and standards
You will be responsible to manage entire execution work to complete safely and within schedule
Also, you need to estimate resource requirement to complete the work as per given schedule
Moreover, you need to identify / develop improvement areas for safe and successful completion of project
You will ensure compliance of contract specification by contractor
Also, you need to ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing issues raised
You will also ensure all statutory compliances at site
In this role you need to review / preparation of JSA & RA and Review & issuance of PTW and to interface with other disciplines engineers / site enabling functions

Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?

You are a Mechanical Engineer with minimum 12-14 years of experience in relevant field or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 15-17 years of experience
You have working knowledge in refinery/ ASU/Gas plants process piping and construction and have good knowledge of Piping codes & standards, P&IDs, ISOs & quality standards
Further, you are a 100% compliance with HSE knowledge and implementation of Site Safety Standards & Measures and need to have control, Monitoring and Understanding of construction Drawings and keeping updated documentation
You need to have knowledge to prepare contract Specific agreed construction procedure and implementation, Material and Resource Planning & Monitoring work progress and knowledge to lead, controls and expedites construction work progress as per the construction schedule.
Moreover you need to have adherence to quality systems & process and documentation for the same
You should have knowledge of Implementation of Contract / Sub-Contractor’s scope and obtaining certification of Measurement of Work
You need to have knowledge of Contractor’s performance assessment and of statutory compliance
In addition good knowledge of piping system installation / testing / P&ID checking and provide commissioning assistance is required in this role
