New Product Development (NPD):

Lead and manage the end-to-end process of new product development in the snacks foods categories.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and bring innovative products to market.
Ensure seamless collaboration between different departments involved in the NPD process
Identify potential risks in the NPD process and implement strategies to mitigate them
Sensory Evaluation Regulatory Compliance:
Food safety Audits
Stay abreast of industry regulations and ensure that all NPD activities comply with relevant food safety and quality standards.
Work closely with regulatory bodies to secure necessary approvals for new product launches. New Product launch:
Minimize the time taken from ideation to product launch
Develop and execute a comprehensive market launch strategy for new products along with Marketing Department:- Evaluate the success and performance of the product after launch along with Sales Department Packing Compliance:
Oversee the development and implementation of packaging solutions that meet both regulatory requirements and consumer expectations.
Ensure compliance with packaging standards to maintain product integrity and shelf life. Quality Assurance:
Establish and enforce quality assurance protocols throughout the product development lifecycle.
