Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Pre Sales Telecaller at Vedantu’s Vijayawada office. The Pre Sales Telecaller will be responsible for cold calling potential customers, handling inbound enquiries and providing them with product information, scheduling demos for interested customers and passing on feedback to the Sales team. The candidate will also need to maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Expertise in telecalling and customer support
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and match them to Vedantu’s solutions
  • Drive and motivation to achieve sales targets
  • Proficient in basic computer skills, including typing and CRM software
  • Language preference Telugu
  • Experience in the education industry is a plus
