Position Overview:
We are seeking dynamic and self-motivated individuals to join us as Real Estate Sales Consultants on a freelance or channel partner basis. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales of our projects, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets through proactive marketing and networking efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate potential leads through various channels such as personal networks, referrals, social media, and local events.

2. Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide information about our properties, and guide them through the sales process with professionalism and integrity.

3. Property Presentations:Conduct property presentations and site visits to showcase the features, amenities, and value proposition of our projects to prospective buyers or investors.

4. Sales Negotiation: Negotiate terms, prices, and payment plans with clients to facilitate property sales, ensuring a mutually beneficial outcome.

5. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support, assistance, and personalised service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

6. Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.

7. Documentation:Assist clients with the necessary paperwork and documentation required for property transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in real estate sales, marketing, or a related field, with a successful track record of achieving sales targets.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.

- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to succeed and exceed performance expectations.

- Sound knowledge of the local real estate market, property laws, and industry practices.

- Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.

- A valid driving license and access to transportation for conducting property visits.
