Job Description - Sales Executive

  • Job Role: Field Sales
  • Required Qualification: Minimum Graduate from any field
  • Required Experience: 0 – 2 years in field sales
  • Salary: As per company standards ( depends on candidate profile +performance during interview + relevant experience )
  • Number of openings: 4
  • Language: English, Hindi, Marathi
  • Location: Kothrud, Vanaz Corner, Pune
  • Candidate must have excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Should own a two wheeler with license
  • Experience in general insurance, health, motor will be added advantage.
  • Candidate should be able to work under pressure and achieve targets as this would be a challenging job

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain effective relationship with clients & insurance companies
  • Ensure customer retentions & timely services.
  • Meeting clients for renewal & new business and ensure to close the business.
  • Responsible for generating new business, acquire competitive quotes from Insurance companies & follow up for Payments & Policy Issuing, Policy Verifications on time.
  • Responsibilities of overall monthly productivity of business
  • To oversee the daily operations of our firm ensuring smooth running of operations to maximize sales and minimize costs.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹9,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
