Senior Manager – Health & Benefits

Key Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with client/account human resource team
  • Create plans to address clients employee benefit solution
  • Advise clients on creating profitable processes
  • Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied
  • Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
  • Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products
  • Ensure both the company and clients adhere to compliance
  • Study competition to find new ways to retain customers
  • Retention, cross sell revenue target

The Requirements

  • Postgraduate/ Bachelors degree
  • Should have 3 – 7 yrs of experience with Min 3 years of client facing experience, specially health insurance. Experience in insurance broking & insurance companies would be preferred
  • Should be able to market consultative solutions
  • Should have sound knowledge of H&B products and its nuances
  • Should have understanding of the Mumbai market on H&B business
  • Should have understanding of Insurance market
  • Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager or Relationship Managers
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Background in customer service; industry knowledge is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce)

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Problem-solving aptitude & ability to work well with a team
