Territory Sales Manager – Drip Irrigation

Driptech India is pioneer in the field of ’affordable and innovative’ drip irrigation solutions.

It is originally a start-up venture founded in the USA to promote a new drip irrigation technology innovated by the researchers in the Stanford University. Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd., one of the global leaders in micro irrigation has acquired Driptech a few years ago, and currently it is a subsidiary of Jain Irrigation.

Apart from the new innovative products, the company is about to launch full range of traditional Drip Irrigation products to provide complete range of Cost Effective Drip Irrigation Solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsibility is to independently manage sales in the assigned territory. Major elements of the job are:

a.Sales and collection

b. Planning and executing promotional activities at the farmers level (BTL) like

demonstration, farmers meeting, bazzar publicity and digital marketing at the local level etc.

c. Leading the local sales team

d. Establishing & managing dealer channel.

e. Market Survey

f. Sales planning

Qualification and Experience:

Candidates should be graduate in any stream preferably Agricultural Engineering or Agricultural Science with experience in field sales of drip irrigation or, agricultural inputs.

Experience in Agri. Marketing in a must.

Experience of field promotional activities is a plus.

Location:

Designations & Remuneration:Based on education and experience.
