Exp: 3-6 years;
  • Monitor integration Processes for performance, process activity, alerts and errors and provide notice to customer of non-standard conditions
  • Troubleshoot process related issues and advise/resolve with the customer and Boomi support teams
  • Resolve data-related errors, application connectivity and configuration issues.
  • Upgrade managed services processes, maps and profiles to meet changing standards or configurations
  • Upon customer’s request, perform account administration, some training and technical support for customers on the Dell Boomi Platform and the Managed Service program. -A passion to solve customer problems using your technical prowess and refined communication skills to help address customers business requirements using our platform
  • Maintain relationship with managed services customers
  • Ability to work earlier or later shift
  • Ability to work Saturday and Sunday
  • 3 years of relevant IT experience and at least two years of working experience in Boomi or other integration tools.
  • Candidate must have a strong customer orientation, excellent phone etiquette and an excellent work ethic to meet staffing attendance requirements
  • Candidate should also posses excellent communications skills and be in position to work under pressure with calmness and composure
  • The Managed Services and Support Engineer works to monitor, resolve issues and support our customers mission critical business integrations and processes
  • Work directly with customers and consulting teams to maintain their technical solutions with the Dell Boomi platform Requirements -A passion to solve customer problems using your technical prowess and refined communication skills to help address customers business requirements using our platform -Motivated individuals who enjoy a fast-paced work environment and understands that the SaaS culture requires creativity, collaboration, fast decision making and a sense of urgency -Having experience with any of the following would support your success with working with our platform -EDI, X12/EDIFACT, AS2 -SQL and XML technologies -API management, SOAP/REST -HTTP/HTTPS, basic networking and security -FTP/SFTP knowledge -Basic scripting experience -Java platform knowledge
