Job Objective

Overseeing and directing Engineering projects from conception to completion in compliance with health, safety and environment regulations.
Plan and provide maintenance support to achieve annual production targets. Responsible for managing Breakdown Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance , Predictive Maintenance, Capex projects , Managing spare parts inventory, Technology management, Budgeting, Vendor relation management, Safety and Employee development.

Roles and Responsibilities

Strategic Roles & Responsibilities
1. Assisting Head construction 2. Forcasting the Mechanical Engineering assets requirements based on the annual operation plan & Long term operation plan. 3. Making the Budget for all Mechanical equipments inline with the operational plan.
4. Procurement & installation plan & execution of of work related to Mechanical engineering.
5. Maintaining good health of all Mechanical installation within the mine & otherwise including the all contractors.
6. Advicing the contractors on Mechanical subject w.r.t. their equipment and assets and safety.
7. Maintaining the proper inventory within the budget & maximum availability of equipments.
8.Maintaining MIS of Mechanical equipments on weekly/ Monthly basis.

    • Experiences:
  • Mechanical work, installation & maintenance related jobs

  • 10-15 years of relevant experience of working in infrastructure project construction. Preferable to have some experience in mining infra construction
