  • Team comprises of Assistant Managers with industry experience of 3 years and above.
  • Training plan consist of 1-2 months, covering the core responsibilities.

We will count on you to:

  • Identify and assess risk and compliance issues in Marsh & McLennan
  • Able to set up, amend and create risk assessments of Privacy tools, applications and/or products and services domiciled across the globe and identify the risks involved in the relationship.
  • To understand and perform due diligence in accordance with the set criteria
  • To provide advice, guidance and support to relevant stakeholders on compliance/regulatory requirements
  • Maintaining working knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and ensure that business activities are aligned to company compliance policy and procedures
  • To understand the exceptional requirements and seek relevant sign offs where required from the Business in order for the Designated Approvers & Leaders to authorise the assessment and relationship.
  • To liaise with the relevant colleagues globally in order to seek additional information for carrying out the reviews on the PRAs & Incident management, where required.
  • Review, investigate and asses independently the BAU work of the Privacy Operations team.
  • Accountable for daily reporting of volumes

What you need to have:

  • Strong Security knowledge to identify gaps in the current process and propose fixtures to strengthen the controls to avoid breaches and build a strong Privacy framework.
  • 6-7 years of relevant experience in BFSI or InfoSec sector in the Data Privacy field.
  • Experience of Data Privacy including Data Security environment.
  • Ability to research and summarise appropriate information
  • Ability to identify the risk factors involved in client relationships and summarise the same in the assessment.
  • 24 months of experience in LCPA/Privacy role as Assistant Manager or above.

What makes you stand out?

  • To have relevant understanding of the regional Privacy Laws.
  • Experience in working with regulatory bodies or on a regulatory project.

May have further professional qualifications in Risk Management and / or Data Privacy / or Compliance and / or Legal
