Job Role Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all maintenance services are carried out in a safe, cost-effective and efficient manner in accordance with the standards, procedures and requirements of both client and CR Asia.
  • Ensure the delivery of all client and CR Asia s KPI s whilst ensuring that all activities within the unit comply with all client and CR Asia standard operating procedures and requirements.
  • Ensure that all managers adhere to their roles and responsibilities.
  • Proactively identify and address issues relating to the performance of the contract and risks to both client and CR Asia.
  • Ensure that CMC contract is system-driven, and to intervene then and there for proper streamline.
  • Drive a high-performance, customer-centric culture focused on meeting contractual KPI s and customer requirements.
  • Have tabs on job measurement sheet certification convert to invoice.
  • Discuss and provide input to RFQ and finalising contracts with the client.
  • Sub-contractor management.

Qualifications:

  • BE Mechanical
  • 15+ years of experience in oil and gas, refinery, petrochemical
  • Experience managing static, fabrication, scaffolding, rotary, insulation services.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritise multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
  • Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, and external partners
